About

IFC Dayton is a new full-time soccer club based on the campus of the University of Dayton and operated by Oliver Charles Sports Management.

The club has been built for ambitious players who want a serious environment to train, compete, and develop throughout the year. Competing in the UPSL Premier Division's Ohio/Indy Conference, IFC Dayton gives players access to regular training, competitive matches, and a club structure designed to help them keep moving forward.

Our aim is simple: to create a high-standard football environment within a strong university setting.

Players at IFC Dayton will be expected to train properly, compete properly, and represent the club in the right way. At the same time, we want this to be a positive and welcoming place for players who are serious about improving and willing to put the work in.

For many student-athletes, the traditional college soccer calendar does not always provide enough games, training, or year-round development. IFC Dayton helps fill that gap by offering a more consistent football environment alongside the academic and campus experience.

The club will compete across the fall and spring UPSL seasons, with training offered up to five days per week, alongside league games, friendlies, and other competitive opportunities. The goal is to give players more meaningful minutes, more repetition, and more accountability.

IFC Dayton is part of the International Football Collective — a growing network of clubs created to support player development in university communities across the United States.

We are proud to be working alongside the University of Dayton to build something positive for the campus, the players, and the wider Dayton soccer community.
